Sheriff Belor Hemlock

First Shoanti Sheriff of Sandpoint, took over after the previous Sheriff was killed by the Chopper some six years ago. Brother to the White Deer's owner, though the two do not get along because Belor has in his brothers eyes renounced his Shoanti heritage, Hemlock for example being the Chelaxian translation of his former Shoanti name. Belor is gruff, and no nonsense, but fair.
